At Bathroom Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if your fixtures or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Package with Care
Carefully place the item back in its original box with all mounting hardware and manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned bathroom fixtures, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
